I had a really good experience with Status Truck & Trailer Repair. I brought my truck in because I started noticing that something wasn't right with the brakes. I didn't want to keep driving it and take a chance, especially since I had a long trip coming up. I called the shop and they were able to get the truck checked out. The guys took their time going through the brake system and found the issue. They explained to me what was going on and what needed to be replaced instead of just telling me I needed a bunch of parts. What I liked most was the communication. They kept me updated while they were working on the truck, and whenever there was something I needed to know, they explained it in a way that actually made sense. I never felt like I was being rushed or pressured into paying for work I didn't need. They got the brake problem taken care of and checked everything over before I picked the truck up. Once I got back on the road, the difference was noticeable. The brakes felt much better and I had peace of mind knowing the problem was actually fixed. I've dealt with quite a few repair shops over the years, and finding a place that communicates well and actually takes care of your

The worst customer service and service that I have ever experienced. I had them repair my RV air conditioning system. Supposedly they repaired the system but they did not. The AC system worked for a few hours and quit. All the freon leaked out. They will not stand by their work. They will not honor the service agreement. They wanted me to pay again for the service and repair that obviously their technician did not complete satisfactorily. He claimed he put a vacuum on the system for over two hours, and leak checked it and found no leaks at all. The company has fired the technician because of his less than professional work practices including the service he performed on my AC system. I would suggest that if you are looking for RV, Truck or trailer service to look elsewhere I will take them to court, I already contacted my attorney, it's the principal on it all. I felt compelled to warn you all.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!** They are dishonest, uncommunicative, and engage in business practices that at the very least unethical and at worst bordering on illegal. My experience with this company was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. They consistently failed to communicate, ignored questions and concerns, and were anything but transparent throughout the repair process. Instead of treating customers with honesty and professionalism, they seem to rely on misleading tactics and a complete lack of accountability. If you're trusting them with your 18-wheeler or commercial vehicle, understand that you're putting your equipment, your time, and your livelihood at risk. When issues arose, they were either unwilling or unable to provide straightforward answers, making the entire experience stressful and unnecessarily complicated. There are plenty of reputable truck repair companies that value integrity and customer service. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere and avoiding the headache, financial loss, and frustration that comes with dealing with this company.

We had a very frustrating experience with this shop handling a liftgate repair on our commercial work truck. A liftgate repair typically takes 1–3 days, but our truck was in their possession from 4/21 until we finally picked it up yesterdayβ€”far longer than expected. Throughout that time, communication was inconsistent and we were given changing explanations about what parts were needed, including pins and a cylinder. At one point, we were going to be charged for a part that was not used, and only after we questioned it was that charge removed. When we were finally told the truck was ready, the pickup process became another issue. We were first told they do not accept American Express. When we attempted to pay with Visa, we were then told they could only accept cash or check due to them β€œmoving.” This forced us to leave, go to the bank, and returnβ€”only to wait nearly an hour just for someone to process the payment. Because of these delays and complications, we were unable to confirm routes in time, resulting in another full day of lost business. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unnecessarily difficult to navigate. Based on this experience, we would not recommend th
